I had a mixed experience with LaunchCircle. While the website is user-friendly and the product selection is great, their customer service needs improvement. I had an issue with my order, but it took several attempts and a lot of back and forth before it was resolved. However, once it was resolved, I was happy with the outcome. LaunchCircle has the potential to be excellent if they improve their customer service.
