My son attended for close to 1.5 years and his teacher was superb. The arrangement is that Bala and pratibha provide space and infrastructure for teachers to come and teach. The teacher then for his receives fee services from them. Major negatives are :
1. If you have feedback for teacher or pratibha /Bala - they toss between each other and your concerns are not sorted.
2. Crowded. You will see voilins and drums separated by thin wall.
3. They had a annual concert which also stopped - no chance to perform for kids
4. Difficult to park.
5. we had great trouble getting make up classes. My sense is the story is same with others.
6. Pratibha is a difficult and unreasonable person to deal with.
7. Also they insist on cash payment... almost to the fervour that I feel they evade tax. Something is not right. Not believing in paytm and bank transfer is unethical in today's date.

I highly doubt this institution is based on love and duty of music based on my experience. The only intervention I see from management is to collect fees and any sort of feedback is unwelcome.

Taaqacademy which we choose after is far more professional. They also give the child plenty of opportunities to perform which is great in the music journey. Definitely try that before settling for a second grade experience at We got guru - which is all they have.
