Betrix is an average company. The overall experience was just okay. I didn't have any major complaints, but there wasn't anything outstanding either. The website was easy to use and the customer service was decent. However, I felt that the prices were a bit high compared to other similar companies. I would consider using Betrix again if they offer better deals in the future.
