I had an overall average experience with Pegasus mpower. The services provided were satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website was user-friendly, but I found some of the information to be outdated. The customer support was average, and I had to wait for a while before getting a response. I would recommend Pegasus mpower for their services, but I hope they work on enhancing their customer support.
