Have been to The Rustic twice within the last 6 months. Both times in groups of 6-8 people. Unfortunately, was very disappointed with a confused and stressed service both times. The food was excellent for the price, but certainly nothing fantastic or memorable. Behind the bar stood the owner, an almost aggressive Spanish guy in his 30s, who was both naughty at times and probably should stick to the kitchen where customer service is not required. Conclusion: Standard food at acceptable prices, but service and ambiance slows down. Next time we go out, we'll choose another place.
