I had a mixed experience with Rsa financial services. While the website was easy to use and provided a lot of useful information, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff were not as responsive as I would have liked and it took a while to get my questions answered. However, once I did get a response, the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
