I own a 2016 Rav 4 hybrid. I had a1200noon appt. for a 15000 mile check. I arrive 15 min early and promptly taken care of.. I was told that the car would bee ready in aprroximatily 90 min. Only the tires have to be rotatated. I finally checked out at 245pm. My Service adviser explained how busy then were.
