I have been a customer of Vista insurance for several years now and I must say that their services have been consistently average. While their rates are competitive, I have found their customer service to be lacking at times. The claims process can be slow and there have been instances where I felt my concerns were not adequately addressed. Nevertheless, I appreciate their efforts to improve and would recommend them for those on a tight budget.
