I recently used their services to lease a new appliance and found the overall process to be average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of products to choose from. However, I found the leasing terms to be a bit confusing and not clearly explained. The customer service was responsive but didn't provide satisfactory answers to my queries. The delivery was on time, which was a plus point. I appreciate the convenience of their leasing options, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of clarity and transparency in their terms and conditions. Overall, the experience was okay, but I hope they can work on making the process more user-friendly.
