My partner and I had one lesson with Mark, and it went well. After that, we sent multiple emails to him trying to set up additional lessons, and he never responded to us. Since one cannot really make any progress in a single lesson, it felt like a waste of 55. I was very disappointed by his unprofessional behavior.
