I recently made a real estate transaction through this company, and I must say I was fairly satisfied with the overall experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the detailed information provided about the properties. However, I did encounter some delays in communication with the customer service team, which was somewhat frustrating. The transaction process was smooth, but I felt that the support could have been more proactive. Although there were a few hiccups, the end result was satisfactory. With some improvements, I believe this company could elevate their service to a higher level. I hope that they will continue to work on enhancing their customer support and communication. 😊
