Let me just start by saying, this is by far the worst clinic I have ever been to. I came here for years, and I let a lot of things occur, I kept my positive attitude. However, the staff is unprofessional, you can be getting your blood pressure done and the MA's are talking about what they did last night or what their weekend plans look like. You can be waiting in the waiting area, and you will get attitude from the receptionist. There is one receptionists in particular, I believe her name is Stephanie. She has a very ugly attitude, one time, a mother was asking for an appointment for her kids, and asked a lot of questions. When the lady left, Stephanie spoke, loudly as all of them, and said, "wow, didnt she hear that I didnt have any appointments, god". She is always complaining about her job, she is always hostile, and the other receptionist are no better, they encourage that behavior. Also, there is lack of communication between staff, they will tell you some services are free but end up charging you. The MA's do the worst job at documenting and they do a lot of malpractice here. They do not teach the patient, they do not give the information that a patient will need. I gave them so many chances, they failed me every time. If there is anything I would like you to take from this, is to avoid being a patient at this facility, they do not care, they are unprofessional and you are better off somewhere else. If you are paying for a service you should never feel the way I did at this facility, please save your time and money.
