Christina and Yami were truly a dynamic team both very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and above all, courteous, friendly and amicable - which are just as important, if not more. Oftentimes, when you are provided with a service, you find people who know their stuff but don t really know how to treat people. And conversely, there are people who mean well but don t really perform up to par But they were the complete package! They were always willing to help me and available to discuss any questions or concerns I had. That does not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated! I believe that says a lot about their work ethic and professionalism. And the added bonus was in the courteousness they provided when we would speak over the phone. It always felt like I was talking to a friend or someone I ve known for a while. They made this process a truly pleasant and seamless one for me. It was certainly an absolute pleasure and a blessing to have worked with them!
