Joe Jackson was great. I came in, I knew what car I wanted, and what I wanted to pay. I was straight up that I don't play the back and forth, "let me ask my Manager" game. And he got it. I would have walked out if he started that. He HEARD what I said, and we bought the car that night. All the managers, and staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful.
