Struggled really to give this 1 Star albeit my liking for Bodycare! I come from a cloth of growing up in the 1990s. Now those of you that were around back then may remember early years when the Shires was created; clean and had a real novelty and an upmarket feel, plus a little bit of culture and individuality. The reason behind that largely from those days was the people working in stores and their ability to connect with members of the public.

I don't really see that today - nobody making eye-contact and saying hello; it makes you wonder what society we're living in, in spite of the technological advancements. The spirit too me isn't there and there's no wonder more and more are choosing the preference of shopping online.
