I had a mixed experience with Birch Creative Limited. The company's website, thinkbirch.com, is well-designed and user-friendly. However, the customer service was lacking. I had a few issues with my order and it took a long time to get a response from their support team. On the positive side, the products I received were of good quality and as described.
