2. Good pay package.* (This depends on the client for which account you have been interviewed).
3. No politics, just concentrate on work.
4. Direct exposure with the client, so we will get so much knowledge in technical as well as domain.

Cons:

1. When the contract with the client closes for any reason, need to struggle a little to proove your self again and again to get into to a new account.

I personally like this company as it has given me some time to spare with my family. When I was working with Invensys and Cognizant I almost never had the opportunity to spend my time with the family.
