Shelby Finance, Inc. is an average company. Their services are decent, but nothing extraordinary. I have been using their services for a few months now and I have not encountered any major issues. The application process was fairly simple and the customer service was helpful when I had questions. Overall, I would say they are reliable, but there is definitely room for improvement.
