I recently interacted with the local council and found their services reasonably good. Although Broxbourne borough council's website was not the most user-friendly, the staff was helpful and responsive. They were able to resolve my query efficiently without any delays. The accessibility of information could be improved, but overall I had a positive experience with them. They are doing a decent job of serving the community.
