I recently used a similar service to Mbway and found it to be average. The overall experience was decent, but there were some areas that could be improved. The website could use some enhancements in terms of user-friendliness. However, the customer support was helpful and responsive when I had inquiries. If Mbway can make some improvements, it can be a great platform.
