We have been with Harner Insurance through Nationwide since the 1970's when Don took over the former agents business. More recently as Don prepared for retirement he groomed his son, Nick, for a smooth transition. Don and Nick endured at least three relocations of their offices. as a client we were always kept informed about these transitions. Nick is now the primary agent and is always accessible to his clients. He returns phone calls and emails promptly. The office staff is cordial and friendly as I always hand carry payments into the office. Nick is professional and has guided us through our insurance needs and more recently our investments. When our adult daughter received a message that she was going to be assigned to a new agent, one phone call to Nick and she was able to be retained as a client with Harner Insurance. Nick and his staff has served our family's insurance needs quite well.
