Have shopped here numerous times and other than being a bit uninformed on some of their products, which I attribute to their recent growth (great job), it has been a positive experience however........customer svc needs work. Called with a product inquiry today and the call got dropped within 5 seconds. Immediately called back and was accused of hanging up on him. All attitude. Perhaps a bad day for that particular employee however, not my problem. Strange experience to say the least.
