The building is very nice. Rooms are clean and the gym has everything you need. However the staff are consistently unpleasant and cold.

The moment we checked in we felt unwelcome as if we were bothering the staff by being there. Check in took ages and was very unfriendly.

The breakfast is expensive and very very disappointing. Worst meal I've paid for in Europe. Almost everything is cold soggy and poorly made. This would be less off putting if it wasn't 15 euro a person.

Nearly every interaction I've had with staff has been unpleasant they seem as if they don't know what they are doing and or don't care. Most questions they don't know the answer to and don't bother finding out.

Even the shuttle drivers are unpleasant.

Also there are no real cups or wine glasses in the rooms. I had to drink an expensive scotch I had just purchased out of a paper cup as the staff said that was all that was available to me.

Positive is it's very close to the airport so very low stress finding it when we landed in the evening.

This hotel has a lot of potential. It's a shame the staff are so incompetent. Let down so far.
