WeTransfer is a perfect way for me to send smaller files to my customers for free.

A downside I find that the information pages are hardly informative to know exactly what to expect if you want to subscribe.

Also, the organization is not available for a telephone explanation, but it is for me and I think many with me, not given to write down every question exactly in writing.

My advice: Extend the information pages with various example images of what a message looks like with the sender and recipient, which things can be adjusted, can I limit the duration of the download link, can I send a message with an expired period of validity a new period of validity give, etc.
