I discovered Prima Yoga through a friend's recommendation, and it has been a wonderful experience so far. The instructors are skilled, supportive, and create a welcoming space for practitioners of all levels. The studio is clean, well-maintained, and has a calm atmosphere that helps me relax and focus during class. The variety of classes offered allows me to explore different styles and challenge myself.
