I had an average experience at Prana spa. The service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The massage therapist was professional and friendly. However, I felt that the overall ambiance could be improved. The music was a bit too loud for my liking, which made it difficult to relax. Additionally, the lighting in the treatment room was a bit harsh. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I have had better spa experiences elsewhere.
