I recently had a not-so-great experience with Rightsassist, llc. While their website is user-friendly, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries and the response I received was not very helpful. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. I was disappointed with the overall experience and wouldn't recommend them.
