I went into Amro today to buy a high level Alto Sax mouthpiece. I didn't really know exactly what to get. The sales rep, Johneice was patient, knowledgeable and really helpful in presenting me with various options. She allowed me to test each of them out. I walked away with a quality mouthpiece at a reasonable price and had a great customer service experience.
