The experience I had with Autosite was not what I expected. The website was difficult to navigate and finding the parts I needed took longer than I anticipated. The checkout process was also confusing and I had trouble completing my order. However, once I finally received the parts, they were of good quality. Autosite could improve their website and user experience to make it more customer-friendly.
