I reached out to Eric back in November based on my Mom s referral. Come to find out Eric has helped my cousin and aunt too. From the beginning Eric was always very friendly and answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was asking too many questions! It took us about 6 months before we found our first home and Eric was helpful and responsive the whole time. He helped us throughout those six months figure out the best ways to maximize our budget. Once we got into Escrow, Eric and his team continued to be responsive to all of my questions. Eric really worked for us and with us throughout the entire process.
