Jacob N. pretty much blew me off. When I asked for assistance on a matter, I had to send at least 3 emails to get a standard, blow off reply. I then contacted him again in late Dec or so, and was ignored. Beware if you need help. Jacob obviously doesn't care about building a new client base. I could have referred several people to him to buy cars, but now his attitude ranks right along with Gregg Youngs
