I felt the service department doesn't listen to your concerns and thinks their customers are the bad guys. I brought the bike in for warranty work. The low oil pressure light was going on and all they did was change the oil. I had to bring the bike into Speedway Harley Davidson 4 days later and they replaced the oil pump.
