I had an average experience with Virtual holidays pvt ltd. The customer service was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The website lumaxtravel.com was easy to navigate and had a good selection of travel options. However, the prices were a bit on the higher side compared to other travel agencies. Overall, it was an okay experience.
