I recently used the Bolt Mobility service and I must say, it was an average experience. The app was easy to use and the scooters were in good condition, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The customer service was not very helpful and the pricing was a bit high for the quality of the service. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I expected more from Bolt Mobility.
