I had a very average experience with Lim & Tan Securities. The overall service was satisfactory but there was nothing exceptional that stood out. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I felt that the customer support could have been better. There were some delays in responding to my queries, which was quite frustrating. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
