A bit low standard for a ***** Hotel.

A bit low standard for a ***** Hotel.
Of course: marbles, fresh flowers ... but: service at a low level, no prepared places in the restaurant - you have to wait for a free table and nobody from the service cares that the guests are waiting. I made the reservation a year in advance, asking for a room with a view of the city - we got a view !!! ON THE CHURCH WALLS !!!
THE JACUZI BATHROOM in our room was broken and nobody could fix it ... we were not offered another room either! The decor is overwhelming, the pool water winter. I will definitely not go back there!
