I am 14. I went to this facility when I was about 7. It was one of the most painful experiences in my life. They had no proper way of keeping control of the kids and it was hell.
I got my face kicked in because a really large kid thought I was laughing at him. The staff would taunt kids and make fun of them.
It was a very unclean place, with no order what so ever. I was beaten by multiple kids and staff did nothing. I was constantly bullied and picked on and there was no where to go, I was stuck there with those kids.
If you are planning to take your child here, don't. Do not take your kids here what so ever!
