I had a mixed experience at Navy Exchange Auto Port. The quality of work done on my car was excellent, but the customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and I had to wait longer than expected. However, once my car was taken in, everything went smoothly. Overall, I would still recommend their services based on the quality of work.
