I had a mixed experience with Jhp INC. Overall, their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The information provided was accurate and helpful. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow, and the representatives were not very knowledgeable. I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution to my issue. Despite this, I was satisfied with the product I received. I would rate Jhp INC as average.
