FlightTastic is an average company. Although their prices are competitive, I found their customer service to be lacking. The wait time to speak with a representative was too long, and when I finally got through, the agent was not helpful at all. I wouldn't recommend them unless you're on a tight budget and willing to overlook the poor customer service.
