As a customer of Carpet Land USA, I must say that their service is average at best. The quality of the carpets is decent, but nothing fantastic. The staff seemed friendly enough, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect carpet for my home. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend them.
