I did not pass and was very unhappy with my Hurst experience. The software continued to kick me out during my practice exams through the hurst website and I was unable to do the last exam because of it. I tried troubleshooting through the website and tried different computers, but it continued to boot me out during the exams. I tried contacting customer service around 15 times over a week to resolve the issue, but got put to voicemail (and never received a call back) or put on hold for over 15 minutes each time. As a new graduate studying for the NCLEX and stressed out about passing my time is valuable. Hurst's customer service did not value my time and therefore I did not feel like I was valued as a customer. When I did not pass the exam, I immediately called to get my "guaranteed" refund. They refused to refund me because I did not complete that final practice exam. I did not complete it because I was frustrated and disappointed that it refused to work and did not want to waste my time trying to figure it out again. I would rather be studying.
I enjoyed Hurst reviews videos and completed every video and workbook page that was given to me, but the online practice exams are so incredibly important. Had their customer service assisted me in resolving the issue I would have been less frustrated and more likely to recommend to others, but that did not happen. I am very disappointed in the service I was provided and the lack of care for their customers.
