Alright everyone, their product may be hype and all, but this is the worst retail cannabis experience I've ever had (I've been to 50+). Go next door to exhale, you won't waste your time being frustrated. No product is worth a 90-120 minute line up. I was in there for at least 30 min, and the recreational line didn't move...at all. They prioritize all medical patients in an extremely uneven manner. Staff seem nice but indifferent to the problem. Especially the manager. Hire more staff, balance retail and medical priority, and please set time limits with patients. 30 min with one person is insane.
