I had a mixed experience with Executive Associates. While some of their agents were knowledgeable and helpful, others seemed uninterested and unprofessional. The company's website was easy to navigate and provided useful information, but the overall level of service was inconsistent. I had to follow up multiple times to get responses and it felt like I was not a priority for them. I appreciate the effort they put in, but there is definite room for improvement. 3 out of 5 stars.
