I've been using the Nordstrom credit card for a while now and it's been a decent experience. The rewards are okay, but I wish there were more options for redemption. The online portal works fine, but it could be more intuitive. Customer service has been helpful, but sometimes the wait times can be a bit long. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
