An average experience...
-) The rooms were spacious
-) The quality of the upkeep of the rooms not upto the exacting standards of The Oberoi Group. Painting on the walls had stains and paint marks.
-) The limousine service offered by the Hotel is run by drivers who do not know the city.
-) While the general service of the hotel staff is competent, the front office staff attitude (cashier) is similar to that of a lesser star property

All in all an average experience, especially considering the high standards that the other properties in India the group boasts of.

Pls be prepared to make a significant effort to Book (it took me 8 calls to the reservations to get to a point where I could pay). On-site pls ensure the services booked are reconfirmed.
