The experience with Bitrupt has been quite average. The website loading speed is satisfactory and the overall user interface is decent. However, the customer support could be improved as it took a long time for them to respond to my queries. The trading fees are also higher compared to other platforms. I would recommend Bitrupt if you are a beginner, but there are better options out there.
