Jody at Habitat Hunters had a great balance of getting us into properties quickly in a hot market, while showing great patience with conflicting directives from me and my wife. She helped us find comparable places we liked in various neighborhoods around town -- north, south, and central -- until we finally chose an area where we wanted to focus. We are incredibly happy with our Location, Location, Location! (I decided to write this review because in addition to helping us find our happy home, Jody helps us with our annual property tax protest by sending comparable sales and giving us useful advice that has led us to successful protests.
