My girlfriend bought a battery for her matrix when she brought it in for maintenance. The battery died, it wouldn't jump or charge and wouldn't run after only a few months. Even though the battery supposedly has a warranty, i was told I would not be able to replace the battery unless I drove the car in, which was obviously impossible. Nice policy.
