I have been a customer of Otz telephone cooperative, inc. for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While it is reliable most of the time, I have experienced occasional drop calls and slow internet speeds. The customer support is helpful, but waiting times can be a bit long. Overall, it's an okay provider.
